भवन अनुज्ञा के लिए आवेदक को संबधित जोन कार्यालय में आवेदन करना होगा।
आवेदन पत्र के साथ स्वामित्व दस्तावेज एवं भवन मानचित्र जमा करवाने होंगे ।
स्वामित्व सत्यापन के लिए फाईल जोन कार्यालय से सिटी सर्वे रिकॉर्ड , जयपुर नगर निगम हैरिटेज मुख्यालय को भेजी जायेगी |
स्वामित्व सत्यापन के पष्चात फाईल हैरिटेज सेल सहायक नगर नियोजक को तकनीकी जांच के लिए भेजी जायेगी | तथा कंजर्वेषन आर्किटेक्ट द्वारा मौका निरीक्षण किया जाएगा।
यदि भवन विरासत महत्व का है अथवा मुख्य बाजार सड़क अथवा हैरिटेज वॉक वे पर स्थित है तो फाईल तकनीकी विरासत समिति को भेजी जाएगी। अन्यथा उसे अन्तिम निर्णय के लिए. एम्पाफवर्ड कमेटी में रखा जायेगा।
राष्ट्रीय महत्व व राज्य महत्व वाले भवनों को कजेर्वषन आर्किटिक द्वारा बनाई गई भवन की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर तकनीकी विरासत समिति की सलाह पर अनुमति दी जायेगी |
यदि एम्पाफवर्ड कमेटी भवन निर्माण को मंजूरी देती है तो शुल्क गणना के लिए फाईल संबंधित जोन कार्यालय को भेजी जायेगी। तथा इसके बाद प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाएगा।
The Applicant has to apply for building permission in concerned Zone office
The Ownership documents & Building plans are to be submitted with application form
The file shall be sent to Nagar Nigam Heritage headquarter from Zone Office for ownership verification by City Survey Records.
After Verification of ownership, the file shall be sent to Heritage Cell for technical examination of building plans by ATP and site inspection by Nigam’s Conservation Architect.
The file shall be sent to Technical Heritage Committee if the building is of Heritage importance or situated on main Bazaar Road or Heritage Walk Way. Otherwise it shall be put up in Empowered Committee for final decision.
The building having National Importance or State Importance shall be given permission on the advice of Technical Heritage Committee upon satisfactory report of Heritage Impact Assessment by Conservation Architect.
If the Empowered Committee approves building plans then the file shall be sent to concerned zone office for fee calculation and there after issuance of certificate.
